Both the private and the commercial use of the alpha version of the simplification service (this-in-simple) is free of charge. The transfer of our services to third parties in return for payment is prohibited. The Convaise UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is entitled to change the modify the online service at any time and at its own discretion (e.g. to reduce, limit or extend). The validity of the following conditions shall not be affected by these changes. The use of internal APIs without the written permission of the Convaise UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is prohibited.
By using our simplification service, you agree to only input texts that you are authorized to transfer to our servers. The transmission of these texts is necessary for us to perform the simplification and provide you with our service. We will process your texts and their simplifications for a limited period of time to train and improve our neural networks and simplification algorithms, including any corrections you make to our simplification proposals. However, please be aware that you are prohibited from using the simplification service to process any texts that contain personal data of any kind. Personal data, in this context, refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes, but is not limited to, names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, social security numbers, and any other sensitive personal information. In the event that you do use our service to collect, store, or process personal data, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses that may arise from such use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our service at any time, without notice, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms of use. By using our service, you agree that we may collect and use certain technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals, that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services to you (if any) related to the service. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use our simplification service.

All rights to the software developed for these online services, the underlying databases and all other content are held by Convaise UG (haftungsbeschränkt), unless other authors and creators are expressly named.
